Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid FlowMock subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.

1. Free plan

The Free plan is free of charge and never bills you. You can use it for as long as you like without entering a payment method.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans (Dev, Team, and Business) are billed in advance, per organization, on the cycle you choose at checkout — monthly or annual. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your organization's Plan & billing settings, or from the customer portal linked there. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; after that the organization returns to the Free plan. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a period you have already paid for, except as set out below or where required by law.

4. Refunds

We want FlowMock to be worth paying for. If something isn't right, email us within 14 daysof a charge and we'll make it right — in most cases that means a full refund of that charge. The following are always eligible for a refund:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Billing errors on our side.
  • A renewal you contact us about promptly after it was charged, if you had not used the Service in the new period.

Beyond the cases above, refunds for time already elapsed on a plan are at our reasonable discretion.

5. Annual plans

Annual plans are paid up front for the year. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the end of the paid term. If an annual plan renews and you did not intend to renew, contact us promptly and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment provider will retry it and email you to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, the organization moves back to the Free plan. No charge is owed for a period we could not bill.

7. Merchant of record

Payments for FlowMock are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax and VAT. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and any tax collected is refunded with it. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

8. How to request a refund

Email support@flowmock.dev from the email on your account, with the organization name and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where those laws give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
